James Pelloni- President and Business Manager
Jim already in the field of construction came to South Florida in 1981 to start his career in marine contracting. He began his work with A & H Seawall Sealers. After getting licensed in Palm Beach and Broward in 1983 he then started his own company Boca Dock & Seawall which gained the reputation of a reputable company with the highest standards of quality in the field of marine construction. Jim sold his interest in Boca Dock & Seawall in 2003 and went on to form a partnership with Robert Vollman and Robert Sulflow and began Pelloni, Vollman and Sulflow Marine Contractors, Inc. Jim along with his partners has over 60 years of extensive background in the marine industry.

| Robert J. Vollman- Vice President and field operations manager.
Robert (Bob) Vollman has 28 years in the field of marine contracting. Born and raised here in South Florida Bob graduated from Cardinal Gibbons in 1981 and then went on to Palm Beach Junior College. Bob then began his career in marine construction working with Mooring Products then Boca Dock and Seawall. After many years of experience Bob joined his two other partners and began Pelloni, Vollman and Sulflow. He is a licensed (92-1317) and well seasoned marine contractor. We are proud to have Bob as a partner with Pelloni, Vollman & Sulflow Marine Contractors, Inc.

| Robert J. Sulflow Jr. - Vice president and in charge of field operations.
Robert (Bob) brings to the company 21 years of experience. Bob is from Mount Clemens Michigan but has been in Broward County for the last 23 years. He is a 1987 graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High School and started his marine career with Mooring Products in 1989 which gained him experience in sales and boat lifts. He then began working with Boca Dock and Seawall in 1992 giving him valuable experience in all aspects of marine contracting. So, we are proud to have Bob with his many years of experience as a part of Pelloni, Vollman and Sulflow Marine Contractors, Inc.
